ABQ BioPark Zoo, Botanic Garden, Tingley Beach Aquarium, Albuquerque New Mexico


There is something for every member of the family to see in Albuquerque all at one great location. The Albuquerque Biological Park (or Albuquerque BioPark) is an environmental museum located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It contains four separate facilities:
Rio Grande Zoo: 64 acres with 2.5 miles of paths and more than 250 species of exotic and native animals. Elephants, giraffes, camels, lions, tigers, snow leopards, polar bears, hippos, gorillas, chimpanzees, zebras, and seals can be found here, along with more unusual animals such as koalas, hyenas, white rhinos, and African wild dogs. There is a variety of birds, from storks and eagles to roadrunners.
Albuquerque Aquarium: Has a 285,000 gallon Ocean water tank containing Gulf of Mexico saltwater species from estuaries, surf zone, shallow waters, coral reefs, and ocean.
Rio Grande Botanic Garden – 36 acres including a 10,000-square-foot glass conservatory housing plants from desert and Mediterranean climate zones.
Tingley Beach: Fishing lake, model boating lake, picnic areas, narrow gauge railroad, and paths.

Admission:
Single Admission includes the Zoo or Aquarium/Botanic Garden.
Combo Admission includes the Zoo, Aquarium, Botanic Garden and unlimited train rides.
Adult (13-64): $12.50 Combo $20.00
Senior (65+): $5.50 Combo $10.00
Child (3-12): $4.00 Combo $6.00
Children under 3 are free.

Alameda Park Zoo. Alamogordo N.M.


We are the oldest zoo in the southwest United States, and the smallest zoo to be Association of Zoo & Aquarium (AZA) Accredited, a prestigious distinction which indicates that the zoo has achieved rigorous standards for animal care, education, wildlife conservation and science.
The Alameda Park Zoo has more than 12 acres and over 250 exotic and indigenous animals. An education center, gift shop, restroom facilities, picnic area, and playground are all available inside the zoo grounds.

12 years to 59 years old: $5.00
3 years to 11 years old: $3.00
2 years old and under: FREE
